Serve as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient, detailed manner with a high degree of quality. Apply GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate. Demonstrate and promote the company vision. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Perform advanced sample interpretation of clients' analytical requirements and data entry into the computer system, keeping up-to-date with technical center requirements. Project‑manage large, complex client projects; liaison between project manager and Sample Administration. Deliver rush samples to appropriate technical centers. Maintain client files containing quotes, purchase orders, bottle orders, and incoming sample activity records. Handle incoming informational calls into the department. Read, understand, and carry out standard operating procedures; follow all safety precautions and procedures. Unpack sample kits and coolers received at the lab. Provide training assistance within the department to new and/or current employees. Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Schedule Full time, Thursday–Sunday 3rd Shift – 12:00 am to 10:30 am. Training will be 1st shift, 7 am–3:30 pm, but may be flexible. Basic Minimum Requirements High School Diploma. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship. Ideal Candidates Relevant coursework in physical or biological science. 1+ years of related laboratory experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $17.75 + 10% shift differential.
