What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain software applications using Rust. Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine product requirements. Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability. Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software quality. Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and share knowledge. Debug and resolve issues reported by users and automated systems. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a software engineer focused on Rust development. Solid understanding of systems programming and concurrent programming paradigms. Experience building high‑performance, low‑latency applications. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing. Knowledge of security best practices in software development. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
