What You Will Do As our Content Operations Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our content pipeline. You’ll own the execution of one of our core vertices while continuously improving our operations to stay ahead of trends and maintain the highest quality standards. Working closely with our content and technical teams, you’ll be responsible for the smooth flow of media from creation to distribution. Running our content process to release our media and content across our network Communicating with partners and platforms to source and coordinate new content Ensuring quality control of all content before distribution to maintain our standards Using spreadsheets and internal tools to track performance and deliverables Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements Monitoring social media trends and viral content to inform content strategy and partnership decisions Building and maintaining relationships with content creators, agencies, and platform partners Who You Are You’re a detail‑oriented operator with a passion for media and social trends. You love working with people, have an eye for quality content, and aren’t afraid to dive into data and tools to get the job done. Typically, your profile will look like this: Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Strong affinity for social media trends, viral content, and digital culture with ability to spot emerging opportunities Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with creators, partners, and team members Proficiency with Google Suite and comfort learning new digital tools and platforms Experience collaborating with technical teams and ability to communicate effectively across different functions Organized work style with proven ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously You thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities Colleagues would describe you as hard‑working, ambitious and persistent You’re obsessed with music, video or social media What Makes This Exciting You are one of the first employees of an ambitious team, changing the world of media and entertainment. What The Process Will Look Like We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP. Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage. Initial interview: 30‑minute introductory call – getting to know you Take‑home case study: Real‑world project – showcase your skills and working style Case interview: 90‑minute case discussion – present and debate your results with a team member Founder interview: 90‑minute interview with our CEO – going deep on all topics Team interview: Individual or group interview with other team members – depending on positionOffer, contract signing, and onboarding Note As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages.
