Marketing Manager - Demand & Lead Generation Manchester, United Kingdom | Posted on 08/09/2025 Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid Office 3 days per week) Reports to: Marketing Director About Dizplai We transform passive viewers into active participants, unlocking new revenue streams for content owners, creators and brands. As we scale, we’re looking for a Demand & Lead Generation Manager to lay the foundations of our demand generation function, building the programs, processes, and playbooks that will drive sustainable growth. The Role You’ll be responsible for creating our demand and lead generation engine from the ground up, implementing the strategies, systems, and campaigns that turn audience interest into a pipeline. You’ll work closely with Sales and report directly to the Marketing Director, ensuring every lead journey is designed to maximise conversion and revenue impact. Alongside B2B demand generation, there will also be opportunities to contribute to Dizplai’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy and delivery, supporting growth initiatives that expand our reach into consumer markets. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end demand generation strategies, from acquisition to nurture. Establish lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and reporting, in close alignment with Sales. Build out acquisition campaigns across paid media, content syndication, organic, and partnerships. Develop and execute nurture programs that move leads through the funnel with the right content at the right time. Connect campaigns with first- and third-party events to ensure measurable lead and pipeline outcomes. Define reporting frameworks to track, analyse, and communicate campaign performance and ROI. Recommend and implement the right tech stack/tools to support demand generation and lead management. Partner with content teams to identify and produce assets that drive leads from awareness to decision. Support elements of Dizplai’s D2C consumer strategy and delivery, applying your demand generation expertise to a wider audience. About You 5–8 years’ experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in consultancy or technology and scale-up environments. Proven ability to build lead generation and nurture programs from scratch. Hands‑on expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong background in lead scoring, pipeline management, and sales alignment. Experience connecting campaigns, owned and third-party events to drive and nurture leads. Strategic thinker with the ability to roll up sleeves and execute. Data‑driven, with a test‑and‑learn mindset and ability to report clear ROI. Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable building in a fast‑growth environment.
