The role will involve taking and typing of minutes, organising meetings and workshops, diary management, administrative work including spreadsheets, updating the issues and risk log, and supporting other project documentation.ResponsibilitiesThe Digital Transformation Support Officer will support transformation work such as the electronic patient record, and will: Administer programme/project and department support.Assist in digital delivery administration.Take and type minutes, agendas and liaise with Chairpersons.Organise meetings and workshops.File and retrieve all programme and project documentation.Update issues and risk logs for projects.Order stock and ensure delivery to correct teams.Signpost general digital enquiries.Qualifications4 GCSE Grade C or above including Maths and English Language or equivalent.NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience.ECDL or equivalent.RSA Level I or equivalent.Desirable QualificationsPitman or equivalent shorthand qualification to 60wpm.PRINCE 2 Foundation project management qualification or equivalent experience.RSA Level II or equivalent advanced typing/keyboard/word processing qualification.ExperienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience preparing agendas and taking minutes.Experience organising meetings and events.Experience working in a previous administration role.Experience providing administration support for projects (desirable).Experience in an IT environment (desirable).Financial administration experience such as raising orders, invoicing and bookkeeping (desirable).Knowledge of PRINCE 2 methodology (desirable).Previous NHS experience in primary or secondary care (desirable).Knowledge, Skills & AptitudesGood interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ensuring confidentiality of client and staff data.Organised, methodical approach.Additional RequirementsFlexibility and ability to adapt to rapid change.Willingness and ability to travel between all sites.Additional InformationThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
