What you will do Conduct thorough assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Ensure that all assessments are recorded to the highest professional standard to withstand legal scrutiny. Analyse and evaluate complex information to make informed decisions regarding individuals’ liberty and rights. Advocate for the individuals, ensuring they have the necessary support to challenge their deprivation of liberty in the Court of Protection.
