The Role: General Manager Brighton As General Manager for Brighton, you will oversee the operations and sales for the region, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You’ll be responsible for maintaining occupancy – building an exceptional community for existing members, while signing up new ones – plus solving facilities issues and motivating a small team. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards. Requirements Key Responsibilities Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community Ensure impeccable standards across your site – managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning Troubleshoot facilities issues and ensure sites are compliant and within budget Maintain Occupancy through your sales pipeline, touring prospective members, holding retention conversations with existing members and cultivating relationships both within Runway East and the surrounding ecosystem Build relationships with your team, motivate them, train them, set expectations and create a service‑first culture Improve our processes and question systems to make them as efficient as possible Who You Are Leader: Confident in guiding and motivating your team to success Charismatic: Positive and personable, with a natural ability to build strong relationships Detail‑Oriented: Notices the small things and takes action to maintain high standards Resilient: Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions‑focused Service‑Minded: Thrives on helping others and delivering great experiences Hardworking: Leads by example and gets stuck in when needed Commercial: Confident in selling and negotiating, with a sharp eye for improving operations using data, goals, and clear thinking Experienced: Proven in delivering exceptional service and training teams to do the same Benefits Why Join Us?
