Autoguard Group are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team at the head office, full-time. We are looking for someone with experience across both B2B and B2C markets. As we operate in 42 countries worldwide, marketing operations span a truly global landscape so knowledge, or the right attitude to learn these markets, is imperative. The key purpose of this role is the strategic planning and implementation of digital campaigns, producing regular performance reports for the Group Marketing Manager, and ensuring effective communication across all channels and stakeholders. You will take ownership of online content, monitor and analyse campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to support and empower our sales teams. This role offers regular opportunities to attend industry events and trade shows throughout the year to represent the brand, build relationships, and stay up to date with industry trends. Office Locations Surrey (Head Office) Lincolnshire Belfast Dubai Responsibilities Creation, oversight and reporting of digital strategy Regular reporting activity to Group Marketing Manager Contributions and implementation of innovative and creative campaigns Identifying and approving of content for all company websites, email, and social media campaigns in line with company objectives Monitoring and reporting on email and social media campaigns Intricate knowledge of platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendible, Mura and GA4 (or similar) Communications to all stakeholders of the business (existing/prospective/customer-facing) in line with business objectives To provide sales teams with data surrounding leads, sales, and prospect activity Manage and maintain the integrity of the point-of-sale database, overseeing order levels, ensuring accurate order tracking, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign Research marketing strategy, and evaluate success Develop content of marketing campaigns Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends Support Group Marketing Manager, and wider marketing team, with growth opportunities You Must Have Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative with social media Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Understanding the importance of prioritising tasks, with an organised outlook to meeting deadlines set Accountability and responsibility to own tasks (and help others) Interest in staying up to date with industry and business knowledge Respect for confidential information and understanding of data protection Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner with all stakeholders Job Type Company events Cycle to work scheme On-site parking Private medical insurance Ability to commute/relocate Camberley GU16 7ER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education Bachelor's (preferred) Experience Marketing: 2 years (preferred) Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Automotive Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Autoguard Group by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
