About the Job As Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be central to shaping recruitment across the organisation. You’ll lead on end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and act as the HRIS system owner. Working closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team, you’ll play a vital role in workforce planning, candidate experience, and supporting the broader HR agenda. Duties will include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and shortlisting through to onboarding Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and draft compelling job adverts Acting as the first point of contact for applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely feedback Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System and supporting recruitment budget optimisation Coordinating new starter processes, including contracts, pre-employment checks, and induction programmes Overseeing the probation process and ensuring accurate HRIS data updates Preparing reports and analysing recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes Supporting general HR administration, audits, and ad hoc project delivery About the Successful Applicant You will have solid experience in a busy recruitment or HR coordination role. Skilled in using ATS and HRIS systems, you bring a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with a range of stakeholders. A collaborative mindset, confidentiality, and a people-first attitude are key to success.
