Akari Care is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cook to join their award-winning care home in Forest Hall. As the pivotal link between the kitchen and serving areas, you will have the autonomy to create menus, plate up, and arrange food trolleys in an attractive way to stimulate our residents' appetites and ensure they receive a personalized service. You will be part of a united and extended care team, with opportunities to coach and develop a team as part of their personal growth.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious, wholesome, and nutritious meals that cater to the individual needs, religious, and cultural backgrounds of our residents. You will have the freedom to design menus and plate presentations to encourage our residents to enthusiastically engage with their meals.
