We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor to join our team at Primech Building Services. In this role, you will oversee mechanical projects on-site, ensuring that operations are conducted according to company policies, budgets, and timelines. You will be responsible for supervising the workforce, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high-quality work that meets safety and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage on-site workflow and engineers to ensure efficient project deliveryCoordinate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifics and client requirementsConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety complianceFacilitate communication between the site team and office managementProvide training and mentorship to junior staff and ensure adherence to safety protocolsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise on-siteMaintain project documentation, including daily reports and safety checksEnsure completion of all work within the scheduled timeline and budgetImplement and enforce quality control measures for all mechanical installationsRequirementsProven experience as a Mechanical Project Supervisor or similar role in the building services industryExperience within Education, Healthcare and Commercial ProjectsStrong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processesExcellent leadership and team management skillsGood understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control standardsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to read and interpret project drawings and specificationsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFull UK driving license for site visits as requiredBenefitsOngoing career development plan including the opportunity to grow with Primech during its rapid rate of expansion.
