The post holder will ensure the provision of high‑quality multi‑professional learning environments, support learners and educators, and contribute to the delivery of effective quality assurance and governance. Responsibilities Assess the quality of practice learning environments and determine interventions to sustain and enhance practice education. Support the Lead Practice Education Facilitator in developing and coordinating inter‑professional learning activities across service areas. Facilitate the development of practice supervisors, assessors and educators. Participate in quality assurance visits and support the development of education programmes with HEIs and colleges. Maintain links with education providers to support clinical practice educators and attend AHP forums and meetings. Provide supervision and support structures to build education in practice capability, consistency and efficiency. Develop and deliver training and workshops for learners and educators. Support assurance and governance mechanisms around non‑medical education. Manage risks, undertake incident reporting and liaise with external partners. Produce reports on activity and support the delivery of assigned projects. Qualifications and Experience Allied Health Professional with current registration. Broad range of post‑qualifying clinical experience. Experience across professional and organisational boundaries. Experience teaching, supervising and assessing healthcare learners. Knowledge of GM SYNERGY and other supervision models. Ability to present to large groups and facilitate learning in varied settings. Strong organisational and IT skills. Desirable Specialist knowledge of education in practice. Practical experience of facilitating change and staff supervision. Experience developing and implementing new systems and procedures.
