Job Description We are hiring for a Catering Manager at Harris Academy (Secondary School) in Rugby. The role works term‑time only with no weekend work, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility. Compensation £18.50 per hour for 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, term‑time only, plus 5 days 43 weeks. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client. Ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures. Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations. Manage day‑to‑day operation of the location, supervising teams, managing inventories, monitoring budgets, implementing action plans and meeting daily sales targets. Serve as the main point of contact for our client in the school, recommending and implementing regular adjustments and improvements. Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets. Support and train teams, leading from the front to ensure all training is completed and performance is managed.
