Female Complex Care Assistant Pay rate: £13.50 per hour (Monthly or Weekly Pay) Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday - Days (7am-1pm) and Nights (8pm-6am) Please note: A Face to Face assessment day for this role will be taking place on Wednesday 19th November and will be a mandatory part of the recruitment process We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in West Bromwich. This person has complex clinical needs, epilepsy, uses a wheelchair, is PEG fed but this does not define them, they love listening to music and spending time with family members. Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference this person’s life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following: Complex CareEpilepsy>CatheterPEG FeedingMoving and Handling What will your shift involve? In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs.Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being.Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.
