Ashurst is looking for an experienced Data Architect to develop the firm's data architecture, models, processes and standards, enabling effective use of data to deliver value across the firm. Key Responsibilities Develop data architecture roadmaps in support of business objectives. Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models to support the use of data across Ashurst. Develop data standards, policies, processes, data structures and architectures for data modelling and design. Simplify the existing data architecture, delivering reusable services and cost‑saving opportunities in line with Ashurst policies and standards. Evaluate and advise on data collection, analysis and integration technologies. Aid efforts to improve business performance through enterprise information solutions and capabilities such as master data management, metadata management, analytics, content management and data integration. Qualifications & Experience Prior experience as a Data Architect. Hands‑on experience of conceptual, logical and physical data modelling. Knowledge of Azure data services including Azure Databricks, Fabric and Purview for data governance. Ability to communicate complex data concepts in an engaging manner to technical and non‑technical audiences. Understanding of data management issues.
