Financial Accounting and Reporting ManagerWe are partnering with a global consumer business to hire a qualified accountant to join a central Group Finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the month-end processes for several central group entities, including balance sheet reconciliations, cost centre analysis, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.Collaborate with finance teams across the group to ensure accurate monthly reporting.Contribute to the preparation of quarterly Board reporting packs.Assist with preparing statutory financial statements under FRS 102.Support the annual audit process through liaison with auditors and preparation of supporting documentation.Support a variety of projects such as banking reporting, restructuring, business combinations, accounting standards updates and investment analysis.Candidate RequirementsStrong technical accounting knowledge, including experience with FRS 102 (IFRS experience beneficial).Understanding of the audit process.Proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Advanced Excel skills.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesRetail Apparel and FashionGet notified about new Group Accountant jobs in London, England, United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
