What You'll Be Doing Lead HIT Training’s inclusive learning strategy, ensuring alignment with Ofsted and ESFA requirements Evaluate and improve inclusive teaching through shadowing, coaching, and feedback Collaborate with Vocational Trainers to embed accessibility and progression into curriculum design Oversee support planning, reasonable adjustments, and Access to Work processes Deliver training and toolkits to promote inclusive practices Monitor and report on inclusion KPIs, EDIMs, and learner outcomes Champion inclusive careers education and support apprentices in overcoming barriers Ensure compliance with awarding organisation policies and funding documentation Advise on employer responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 Support submissions for high‑needs learners, including ILR and EAS processes What You'll Bring A Level 5+ teaching qualification (e.g. DTLLS, CertEd, PGCE) Proven experience in SEND strategy, curriculum design, quality assurance, and impact reporting Experience supporting post‑16 learners and apprenticeships Strong knowledge of ESFA funding rules and ILR compliance Understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and reasonable adjustments Familiarity with awarding organisation policies Willingness to travel for shadowing and employer visits Perks & Benefits Quarterly tax‑free bonuses when company targets are achieved 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day off for your birthday Holiday buy/sell scheme for up to five additional days Fully funded access to professional development courses, qualifications, and certifications aligned with your career goals Healthcare cash plan, dental plan, employee assistance programmes, and 24/7 GP access Enhanced sick pay and life insurance for added peace of mind Why Work With HIT Training?
