About the Role Registered Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Folkestone. This service is home to six adults with a moderate learning disability. It is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people Our Registered Manager will work alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals and the families of the people we support as well as leading a team to ensure that people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes. Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day running of the service(s). Develop and implement person‑centred support plans. Conduct care needs assessments. Recruit and induct new colleagues. Complete supervisions/appraisals. Complete medication competencies and medication audits. Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings. Complete quarterly audits and reports. Effectively manage the service’s P&L. Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures. Participate in the on‑call rota. Lead a dynamic, caring team committed to the care sector and delivering the best support. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role. Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration. Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism and moderate learning disabilities. Strong leadership, dynamism and a caring attitude. Why Choose Us?
