Sales & Operations Assistant Location: Newport, Hereford & Gloucester (Doncaster, South Yorkshire) Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE + benefits. What does it entail? Schedule engineer works – reactive, planned maintenance and quoted works. Liaise with customers, arrange appointments, request uplifts etc. Assist with creating quotes. Work on CCTV reports and quotes. Order parts for engineers. Deal with incoming calls/emails – mark/send emails to relevant person. Collect data on engineers’ performance and report to management monthly. What do we look for? Experience within a scheduling/maintenance admin role. Resilient and able to adapt. Customer focused, enthusiastic and a confident communicator. Excellent written and verbal skills. Competent IT skills – specific experience using Excel.
