With this in mind, if you feel that you may not tick all of the boxes below but believe you have something unique to contribute to the company, please get in touch, we’d love to discuss.AccountabilitiesSupervision and management of ground investigationsTravel throughout the UK (with working away from home required ~ 80% of time), remainder of time working out of the WakefieldOffice (20% of role)Logging of soil and rock in accordance with BS5930 : 2020Managing ground investigation works, including pricing of works, liaising with suppliers and preparation of health and safety documentation.Management of on-site safety, paperwork and subcontractors.Adherence to working instructions, as specified by internal and external clients.Factual reporting, data processing and data managementCompletion of Desk Based Studies.Assisting senior staff with project related duties.Overseeing department equipment - allocation, hire, servicing and repairs.Attend and pass internal and industry recognised external training courses, such as PTS, NRASWA, CCNSG, towing license, CAT, First Aid and manual handling training.Adherence to SHEQ policies and procedures.Maintenance of ground investigation engineering equipment.About YouPeople are at the heart of our business.
