This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our external financial reporting to the SEC. You’ll play a key role in preparing quarterly and annual filings, supporting investor relations, and driving process improvements across our reporting cycles. This role will be hybrid 2-3 days per week.**What you will do:**· Prepare 10-Q and 10-K filings, including footnote disclosures and MD&A sections· Lead quarterly financial statement preparation, with a focus on the statement of cash flows· Prepare stock-based compensation calculations and ensure proper accounting treatment under ASC 718· Calculate and analyze earnings per share and assist in related forecasting· Roll forward reporting documents and prepare PBC lists for internal teams· Conduct and present flux analysis to management and external auditors· Maintain and complete GAAP disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with reporting standards· Support investor relations with tie-outs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports· Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and support quarter-end close activities· Take proactive actions to improve the accounting process and keep management informed of any possible / probable accounting implications· Maintaining up-to-date procedure documents· Support automation and process improvement projects**What you will need:**· Chartered Accountant with 3 - 4 years of post-qualification experience· Experience under controllership function with financial reporting under US GAAP or IGAAP, IFRS, FRS102 is helpful· Prior experience of working with Big4 firms would be preferred· Great attention to detail· Ability to work well as part of a team or independently as required· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task· Possess strong analytical skills (MS Excel), problem-solving, critical thinking and prioritization skills· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal· Experience with Word, Excel, Workiva, Active Disclosure, NetSuite, or other ERP is an advantage**What you’ll gain at Intapp:**At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
