This is a place where lawyers are valued, supported, and given the autonomy to develop rewarding long-term careers.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor to join a growing and well-respected defendant clinical negligence team in Nottingham.Handle your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, often acting on behalf of major healthcare clients including NHS ResolutionSupport senior solicitors on high-value and complex claimsAssist with healthcare inquest and advisory work as requiredDeliver proactive, commercially minded legal solutionsProvide supervision and support to junior team members as neededContribute to client relationships through secondments and direct client liaisonParticipate in business development activities, including seminars and training sessionsConduct legal research and advise clients on relevant legislative and procedural changesYouThis role would suit a qualified solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their clinical negligence career within a forward-thinking and supportive team.Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (typically 2–6 years’ PQE)Experience in clinical negligence or catastrophic personal injury (defendant or claimant)Prior exposure to inquest or healthcare advisory work would be advantageousComfortable working with case management systems and standard legal softwareStrong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectivelyA collaborative team player who also works well independentlyClear communicator, able to explain complex legal concepts to a wide range of clientsKeen to contribute to team success and deliver against billing and service targetsDo you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?
