Yard Forklift driver

ResponsibilitiesThe collection and disposal of waste packagingThe removal of dirty trays and dolavs onto the internal vehicle trailerThe disposal of the drain filter (straw and muck waste)Maintaining the flow of waste from the factory exitCarrying out the collection, storage and dispatch of customer bulk ordersMonitoring of vehicle cleaning and disinfectionProviding assistance as required with the maintenance of foliage, grass etcCarrying out environmental daily environmental checksCarrying out the regular maintenance of the yard, keeping the livestock wash area tidy, ensuring segregation of waste materials and correct storage and making sure all animal by-products are labelled, covered and disposed of.RequirementsYou must be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions, be flexible with daily working hours, with the occasional overtime during the week/weekends.You must have the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous experience of tractor driving, garden machinery is preferred. Experience driving a forklift is required.Cranswick Country Foods in Watton, Norfolk is serious about its quality pork products.
