Deputy Manager – Snowball Web Management & Digital Marketing Location: Southampton, Burlesdon (SO31) Contract: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week Pay: £13.50 per hour Job Overview The Deputy Manager leads and supports a care home team, managing day‑to‑day operations, developing support plans, conducting risk assessments, rota planning, recruiting and training staff. This role fosters a safe, engaging environment for residents, ensuring high standards of care and motivation across the team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain support plans and risk assessments for each resident. Plan and manage staff rota, ensuring adequate coverage. Recruit, train and develop team members, working with the Home Manager. Ensure the safety and well‑being of all residents and staff. Inspire the team with ideas that keep residents engaged and happy. Qualifications Minimum of 2‑3 years experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager in a care setting. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
