Business Analyst – Data Labelling

Business Analyst required to support a data labelling and classification programme. You’ll define labelling requirements, align them to data lake structures, and ensure data is correctly and consistently labelled for analytics. Key responsibilities Capture and document labelling/classification requirements with business, data science, and engineering teams. Define taxonomies, labelling rules, and acceptance criteria. Work with data engineers to embed labelling metadata intodata lakes and pipelines. Set up QA checks and KPIs to monitor label accuracy and consistency. Support Agile delivery (user stories, backlog, testing, stakeholder alignment). Required experience Business Analyst on data/tech projects. Knowledge ofdata lakes, metadata, and data quality. Experience withdata classification/taxonomy work. Strong stakeholder management and clear documentation skills. Comfortable using data and metrics to validate outcomes.
