Compensation As one of our Sous Chef, you could earn in the region £45,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to £38,000 per year depending on experience Tronc: Estimated between £6k - £8k per annum Bonus: Up to £2.5k annual bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required Benefits A commitment to prioritise your work life balance and respect of your time off.
