An established international services company is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive qualified accountant looking to add value in a dynamic business while enjoying a flexible hybrid working model.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will take ownership of key financial processes and support strategic decision-making through high-quality reporting and analysis. The role also includes line management of one direct report.

Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and presenting income statements and board reports.

Delivering insightful variance analysis and commentary to support business performance.

Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts.

Working closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight.

Developing and streamlining reporting processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Using advanced Excel and IT skills to analyse data and improve reporting tools.

Managing and mentoring one team member.

The Candidate

The ideal applicant will be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong management accounting experience. They will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, an ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

What’s on Offer

Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000
30 days holiday + stats 
Hybrid working model: 2 days worjing from home.
