Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the Project Controller will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and cost control across a portfolio of technical projects. You’ll work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure plans are achievable, risks are managed, and performance data supports informed decision‑making. Responsibilities Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS/CBS/OBS) Analysing and validating project data to support reporting on schedule, cost, and resources Leading risk and opportunity analysis, including critical path and schedule risk assessments Supporting project reviews and performance tracking, identifying deviations and corrective actions Contributing to bid and new business activities by ensuring project management fundamentals are built into proposals What You’ll Bring Experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within an engineering or technology environment Strong capability with project management toolsets such as Primavera, SAP, ARM, or Oracle Unifier Working knowledge of baseline management, change control, and earned value management (EVM) Ability to interpret data, communicate clearly, and influence decision‑makers across project teams Proactive approach to identifying risks, managing priorities, and ensuring delivery quality Benefits You’ll gain exposure to complex, technically diverse projects in an organisation that invests heavily in training, mentorship, and employee wellbeing.
