Apply for the 2026 Graduate Programme – Transport & Infrastructure – Roads at WSP in the UK & Ireland. What you’ll do Design and draft transport solutions for national and regional infrastructure projects. Attend site visits and inspections to support design and construction activities. Analyse data and prepare reports to inform project decisions. Co‑ordinate projects, managing schedules, budgets and deliverables. Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and internal teams. Assist senior engineers and contribute to technical support across the Roads Infrastructure Design team. About you Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related discipline with a minimum 2:2. Show a passion for engineering and a drive to solve problems creatively. Be enthusiastic about learning and contributing to innovative road and transport projects. Preferably be available to start work in April or September 2026. Seek to achieve chartered status with a professional body such as ICE and welcome professional development support.
