Lecturers are responsible for delivering all aspects of Business-related subjects as well as planning, preparing, delivering and assessing a range of qualifications up to Level 10 to our students in a College that aims to be one step ahead.Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for a Business Lecturer who can deliver a range of Business-related subjects such as Accounting, Law, Enterprise and Economics and who is a professional in what they do. You will have excellent communication and teamworking skills and the ability to work independently to achieve your teaching goals and experience of working in a similar teaching role is desirable but not essential. You will be expected to continue your own professional development, an important element of which is to be able to deliver lessons in a virtual and on-campus environment, which includes developing a working knowledge of the College platforms used for teaching and administrative purposes. You will have a critically evaluative and reflective approach to your teaching practice and endeavour to achieve and maintain high standards of excellence in all that you do. Experience using MS Office is essential and the post is required to encompass hybrid working. Proficiency in digital skills relevant to the role is required, including experience using MS Office and any job-specific software/systems.
