The Concessions Manager will play a key role in maintaining and growing the business across both departments, while leading the concession teams, ensuring smooth operational performance, and driving sales through effective management of people, product, and processes. Key Responsibilities Full responsibility and accountability for the performance of both concessions. Manage and schedule staffing for both store teams, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of sales, stock levels, and sell-through performance. Produce and analyse weekly trade reports, taking proactive action on underperforming categories or SKUs. Work closely with host store partners to strengthen relationships and maximise commercial opportunities. Cross-department working including Buying, Operations & Sales. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales to meet and exceed store targets. Successful Candidate Will Be An experienced Retail Manager, with a strong track record of driving sales and delivering results. Experienced in working within a department store or concession environment, with a solid understanding of how store operations and expectations. Confident in managing and motivating teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and high performance. Commercially aware, with excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities and act on underperformance. Highly organised, with the ability to balance strategic focus and day-to-day operational detail. A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to represent the brand effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
