Please note – we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, so applicants must have full right to work in the UK Job Mission This site‑based 5 days a week role supports the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC systems at Hinkley Point C. It’s ideal for candidates from mechanical or electrical backgrounds seeking to transition into nuclear construction. Responsibilities Assist senior construction managers with site supervision of works Coordinate subcontractor teams to meet safety, quality goals Support in developing work packs, permits and RAMS documentation Take part in progress walkdowns and witness hold point inspections Help resolve technical or logistical issues affecting site activities Skills and Experience 🎓 HND, NVQ or Degree in Construction or Engineering 🏗️ Experience in site engineering, trade supervision or construction 📜 SMSTS or SSSTS certification (required) ✅ Understanding of QA processes and site safety practices 💬 Organised, delivery‑focused and an effective communicator Ready to Shape the Future?
