The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and service KPI’s, enhancing customer satisfaction and creating a memorable customer experience. You will be accountable for the delivery of beauty services and sharing product knowledge to drive brand and product loyalty. Other responsibilities include implementing merchandising strategies, planning and executing customer events as well as managing and developing the in-store team. As a small team, the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, alongside Retail and Office Teams. You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-taskResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience: Drive to meet and exceed daily sales goals Provide an exceptional and consistent customer experience.Maintain awareness of all store promotions.Capture customer emails to grow future business.Answer all customer inquiries and share product information.Visual Standards and Operational Excellence: Assist with completion of opening and closing checklists.Maintain company brand standards by ensuring a neat clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and backroom.Execute all visual directives and schematics to ensure the floor is set properly and timely.
