What You’ll Do Lead all day‑to‑day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational performance Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls as the business grows Prepare monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards Oversee year‑end processes, audit preparation, and statutory compliance Partner with the CEO on growth initiatives, investment decisions, and long‑term planning Build and eventually scale a small finance team as the company expands What We’re Looking For Fully qualified accountant or relevant strong experience Solid experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hands‑on approach Experience in a growing, multi‑site, retail, hospitality, or leisure business is highly advantageous Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with non‑finance stakeholders Ambition and drive—someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving business environment A genuine desire to progress to Finance Director level Why Join Innoflate?
