Salary up to £35,800 OTE £48,800 + BenefitsThe organisation is an industry leader within their field delivering world class products into a specialist market. They have a team of highly motivated individuals that are extremely driven and pride themselves on delivering their innovative portfolio of products and engineering expertise to clients across the globe.Due to a further expansion in the demand of their product range, the organisation has the need to appoint an Electrical Test Engineer on a permanent basis.In this role as an Electrical Test Engineer, your primary responsibility will be troubleshooting and fault finding heavy duty machinery and capital equipment on the shop floor prior to it being shipped to a customer to ensure its fully functional. This will include PLC's and will typically be at systems level opposed to component. It will also be a hands on role and you could get involved in cabling, building panels, crimping and soldering.Ideal Requirements:A minimum of 3 years experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Test Technician, or similarExcellent fault-finding skillsKnowledge of trouble shooting and fault finding on PLC'sDesirableUnderstanding of PneumaticsKnowledge of trouble shooting HMIThis is a rare and exciting opportunity for an Electrical Test Engineer to work for an industry leading organisation that are innovating and shaping the future of their industry, continuously pushing the boundaries of technology to enhance their product range.
