Yard Operative Outskirts of Newark | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | Pay: £12.50 per hour | Own transport required due to location We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Yard Operative to support our clients based on the outskirts of Newark. This is a temp‑to‑perm role, offering long‑term stability for someone reliable, hardworking, and keen to develop within the company. Key Responsibilities Preparing, loading, and unloading equipment and materials Checking items in and out to ensure everything is ready and in good condition Maintaining the yard and storage areas to a high standard Assisting with the repair, cleaning, and organisation of stock Supporting drivers and site teams with logistics and deliveries Ensuring all health & safety standards are met on‑site What We’re Looking For Previous yard & warehouse experience is an advantage (but not essential – full training provided) A practical, hands‑on approach and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Good attention to detail and pride in presentation Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions Own transport essential due to the site location What’s in it for You Competitive pay at £12.50 per hour Monday to Friday, daytime hours Supportive and friendly team environment Great opportunity to go permanent for the right person Be part of an exciting industry where no two days are the same Ready to get stuck in and help deliver amazing results?
