A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee heavy civils and structural works on a major infrastructure programme in Leeds. This is a long‑term, 12‑month contract operating outside IR35 with competitive day rates available. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day site operations across heavy civils and structural activities Manage site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient delivery Ensure adherence to all health and safety procedures, RAMS and quality standards Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives Oversee programme delivery, cost control, site documentation and reporting Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Agent on heavy civils or structural projects Strong knowledge of concrete works, bridges, retaining structures or similar civils packages SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills Ability to start immediately or at short notice #J-18808-Ljbffr
