Overview Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works Based in Hemel Hempstead Full time, permanent £31,000 + company van We are working with a leading main contractor to deliver a planned maintenance contract within Social Housing based in Hemel Hempstead. Responsibilities Develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. Prevent and limit dissatisfaction, resolve complaints and queries quickly and efficiently. Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address problems and queries. Visit tenants in their homes and advise them on when and what work is being carried out. Handle pre-entry visits and company inductions. Assist with collecting tenancy agreements and approval forms. Work on planned maintenance projects (Decent Homes programme experience preferred). Full clean driving licence with own vehicle. Requirements Experience with planned maintenance projects or Decent Homes programmes (preferred but not required). Driving licence with own vehicle. #J-18808-Ljbffr
