This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact in different school settings.Your Role as a Supply Teacher Will Include:Delivering pre-set lessons across Key Stage 2 classesManaging classroom behaviour in line with school policiesEnsuring pupils remain on task and supported in their learningProviding feedback to the regular class teacher at the end of the dayAdapting quickly to different school environments and routinesRequirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Recent teaching experience in KS2 (placements or post-qualification)Excellent classroom and behaviour management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesFlexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitudeA valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneRight to work in the UKWhy Work with Tradewind Recruitment?At Tradewind, we value our educators and work hard to support your career and well being.
