Part time 22.5 Hours per week (Hours can be flexible, ideally covering one later shift). Job Description Senior MSK Physiotherapist Location Ashtead Hospital Role Work as part of the Physiotherapy Team to provide a high standard, efficient, individualised, evidence‑based patient care. Act as a strong communicator with exceptional customer‑service standards, adhering to Ramsay’s policies and procedures. Deliver high‑quality physiotherapy care in a hospital setting: assessment, treatment, planning and development of treatment programmes, progressing treatment using own clinical knowledge and justification. Manage own caseload in outpatients, time‑manage sessions, input sessional charges via computer, book patient appointments and use own computer diary. Maintain high regard for health and safety and infection control procedures. Commit to CPD, mandatory training, e‑learning, evidence‑based practice and personal development. Demonstrate good IT literacy and willingness to learn new technology. Work effectively and independently within the Physiotherapy team and the wider multidisciplinary team. Show evidence of further professional training and continual professional development reflecting desire to develop as a practitioner. Requirements BSc Honours degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Registered with HCPC and CSP. Experience working as an outpatient physiotherapist. Evidence of CPD. Sound understanding of CSP and HCPC standards of practice and how they relate to individual practice. Evidence of working in outpatient/musculoskeletal environments.
