About The Role This role is for a Performance Director leading the EU social/programmatic team and the output of one of our agency’s skincare and healthcare clients, Beiersdorf. You will be responsible for driving excellence in social media and programmatic digital campaigns. You will have deep technical knowledge of biddable platforms and be responsible for ensuring the team delivers against client business objectives, from planning through to reporting, by working with your team of specialists and coaching them to deliver their best work. You will have experience in driving and championing modern account operations, through automation and collaboration with offshore delivery centers to support your onshore team. Working Pattern Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely). Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30.
