Senior Health Care Assistant - Evening & Overnight Nursing ServiceWe currently have the following Band 3 Health Care Support Worker vacancies within the East Area Evening & Overnight District Nursing Service:Band 3 - 2 x 15 hours per weekThe Service operates across Wrexham and Flintshire counties and the team are based in Wrexham.
