Purpose of the Role The Global Creative & Campaign Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering best-in‑class global campaigns and creative assets across all consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the Global Brand Lead, this role ensures the seamless execution of creative work from concept to delivery, aligning global brand storytelling with regional market needs. Acting as the operational backbone of the global marketing function into the regional teams, this role bridges creative excellence with project discipline, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outputs meet the highest standards. Core Responsibilities Campaign Management & Delivery Lead end‑to‑end project management for global brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal activations ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget. Develop and manage detailed campaign timelines, workflows, and critical paths across creative, marketing, eCommerce, and regional teams. Oversee campaign asset production across all channels i.e., digital, retail, social, PR, influencer, and experiential, ensuring alignment and quality control. Coordinate with agencies, production partners, and internal teams to ensure campaign readiness and delivery excellence. Accountability for cross‑market consistency and brand codes adherence. Manage budget allocations, cost estimates, PO process, and production efficiencies. Escalation and problem‑solving responsibilities when timelines slip or blockers arise. Manage post‑campaign evaluations and performance recaps to inform continuous improvement. Creative Operations & Asset Management Serve as the central point of contact for creative workflow management, ensuring the right balance of process and flexibility for creative excellence. Partner with the Creative Director, Brand Team and Regional Teams to brief, track, and deliver all creative projects in alignment with the brand vision, cost and on‑time delivery. Own the creative project tracker and manage asset libraries to ensure timely distribution and access across markets. Oversee localisation and adaptation of global creative toolkits for key markets, maintaining consistency, while allowing local relevance. Ownership with the creative team of the DAM structure, tagging conventions, and governance. Ensure version control and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative output. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with global brand, eCommerce, PR, and influencer teams to ensure integrated, 360‑degree campaign execution. Partner closely with regional marketing leads to gather feedback, local market needs, and delivery requirements. Act as the operational liaison between creative, brand, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and deliverables. Support the brand lead in managing internal and external stakeholder communications and creative reviews. Manage feedback loops with discipline to maintain delivery deadlines. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Champion project management best practices, tools, and templates to drive consistency and efficiency across the marketing and commercial functions, in particular the creative process, including the implementation of Gen AI tooling to scale asset production. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross‑team workflows. Track and report on project status, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Contribute to the ongoing development of the brand operating model and campaign playbooks. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement corrective action. Ways of Working Report directly to the Global Brand Lead and partner closely with Creative, PR, Influencer, and eCommerce teams. Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and production partners to ensure cohesive campaign output. Use project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana) to track progress and communicate updates. Work across multiple time zones, maintaining strong communication with regional teams in EMEA, APAC, and the US. Support creative review sessions and ensure key stakeholders are aligned at each milestone. Expected to proactively manage competing priorities across regions and functions. Lead weekly campaign status meetings. Maintain visibility of all upcoming launches and ensure resourcing is anticipated. Experience & Capabilities 5+ years’ experience in creative operations, marketing project management, or integrated campaign delivery, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of creative development processes, from concepting through to production and delivery. Proven experience managing multi‑channel campaigns across brand, retail, and digital environments. Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Skilled in stakeholder management, with clear communication and strong attention to detail. Creative empathy, understanding brand storytelling and how to translate it into executional excellence. Familiarity with digital asset management systems, project tracking tools, and campaign analytics. Strong analytical abilities: using performance data to refine creative and process. High resilience and problem‑solving under time pressure. Success Measures On‑time, on‑budget delivery of all global campaigns and creative assets.
