Experience Experience in Civil Engineering or Related Disciplines – A background in civil engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline with experience working on water sector or infrastructure projects. Project Leadership and Bid Experience – Proven experience leading project teams, managing complex workloads, and securing work through bid proposals. Passion for Blue‑Green Infrastructure and SuDS – Eagerness to promote the benefits of blue‑green solutions and SuDS, with knowledge of their application in new‑build or retrofit contexts. Hydraulic and Hydrological Knowledge – Familiarity with stormwater management processes and the use of models such as InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, or similar software. Digital Curiosity – An interest in exploring the use of digital tools and technologies to improve design processes and efficiency.
