This is an opportunity to support IC24's Quality Improvement (QI) programme and contribute to meaningful change across the organisation.About The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our Quality Team. Reporting to the Head of Quality Improvement, you’ll coordinate project activity, maintain documentation, support colleagues with improvement tools and help ensure projects are delivered effectively. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation—including BI & Analytics, Communications, Locality Leaders and project workstream groups—supporting data collection, reporting and stakeholder engagement. This is a hands-on, varied role where your communication skills, organisation and proactive approach will make a genuine difference to how we improve quality and patient safety.What You’ll Be DoingScheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting notesMaintaining and updating QI tools, templates and documentation systemsSupporting project leads by monitoring project schedules, actions and progressLogging evidence, benefits, outcomes and KPI information to track improvement activityAssisting teams in using QI tools and methodologies, including the DMAIC processSupporting data collection, including surveys, focus groups and baseline assessmentsHelping analyse and present project data in a meaningful and clear waySupporting the quality assurance of projects through audits, compliance checks and milestone trackingManaging risk registers for the QI programme and individual project workstreamsBuilding effective working relationships across IC24 and supporting colleagues to engage with the IC24 WaySupporting training delivery and contributing to QI learning materialsSupporting the wider Quality Team with additional responsibilities as requiredAbout YouYou’re organised, proactive and confident managing a variety of tasks at once. You enjoy working with people, supporting improvement and making sure systems run smoothly.
