Sixth Form Study Supervisor Location: Dursley, Gloucestershire Grade: 3, pro rata (actual salary £15,650) Contract: Permanent Employer: Rednock School Join Our Team - Inspire the Next Generation We're looking for a positive, supportive person to help guide our Sixth Form students as they take charge of their independent study and shape their future pathways. As our Study Supervisor, you'll: Motivate and assist students with their study habits and time management Offer practical guidance on next steps such as apprenticeships and further training Play an active role in school life, including taking a turn on the first-aid rota (full training provided) Be part of a dedicated team committed to helping young people achieve their goals If you have experience working with young people - professionally or as a parent - and you're passionate about helping them grow in confidence and independence, this could be the perfect fit for you. Permanent, term-time only Hours: 9:00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday Start date: January 2026 Salary: £15,650 (Grade 3, pro rata) Closing date: 08:00am, Monday 15 December 2025 Interviews to follow that week Please see the full recruitment details in the attached pack.
