About the role A great opportunity has arisen to join the Parking Team, based at the Conquest Hospital. You will help ensure good customer service in the day-to-day running of the car park areas, dealing with patients, visitors and staff. Responsibilities Answer queries regarding the car parks, take payments and validate parking tickets. Assist in recording parking data onto a dedicated database. Conduct daily patrols in staff areas, ensuring staff display a valid permit and park legally. Use the permit database to provide information on staff permits.
