They are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join the team and ensure the smooth running of the estate, helping deliver exceptional living experiences for residents across this vibrant community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied environment, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of something bigger than bricks and mortar, contributing to a development that truly enhances urban living Responsibilities Respond swiftly to resident maintenance requests and ensure communal areas are in top condition. Carry out inspections, repairs, and snagging across residential buildings. Support move-ins and move-outs with painting, repairs, and general upkeep. Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain plant rooms and ensure compliance. Champion health & safety and contribute to continuous improvement. Requirements A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Experience overseeing multi-site PBSA, BTR, Residential or Hotel maintenance. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance. Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Flexible to work overlapping shifts Sun–Thu and Tue–Sat, either at 8am–5pm and 11am–8pm, rotated weekly We are looking to attract talent from all areas of the property industry for this position.
