OverviewOn behalf of Transport Scotland, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Manager - (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract based working on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 2 days per week in the Glasgow office.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrable experience and expertise relating to the delivery of electrical and lighting services in a roads environment, or other relevant transport based equivalent, including the application of relevant industry standards.Demonstrable experience and knowledge relating to the use of the public sector electricity market and the management of different supply types.Demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, developing, and maintaining credible relationships and experience in providing advice and support to a senior level.Demonstrable experience of contract management and successfully delivering a range of priorities in a complex and challenging environment with a flexible approach to team working.Essential qualificationsDemonstrable experience and expertise relating to the delivery of electrical and lighting services in a roads environment, or other relevant transport based equivalent, including the application of relevant industry standards.Demonstrable experience and knowledge relating to the use of the public sector electricity market and the management of different supply types.Demonstrable experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, developing, and maintaining credible relationships and experience in providing advice and support to a senior level.Demonstrable experience of contract management and successfully delivering a range of priorities in a complex and challenging environment with a flexible approach to team working.DesirablePreferably CEng registered with the Engineering CouncilAdditional informationPlease be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.In applying for this role, you acknowledge the following: this role falls in scope of the Off Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation.
