Your core responsibilities Building your own pipeline of new business opportunities. Approaching and engaging commercial clients in your area. Meeting (and beating) your sales targets. Creating and presenting tailored proposals to win new contracts. Working closely with local managers to support regional growth. Owning client conversations from first contact to deal close. Negotiating confidently and closing with impact. Our essential requirements Big energy, confidence, and a resilient, can-do attitude. Brilliant communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
